Introduction

This page is based on two general walkthroughs that has been posted by the khumak and sillyrobot on this thread (direct link to the sillyroot's WT message is this one).

Both are somehow complementary, as khumak suggest Mental as Primary and Social as secondary. sillyrobot proposes Social as primary and Mental as secondary. The Physical Build will be explored sparingly, as it's the most difficult for now.

Losing the game

Billy's behaviour is monitored by the government. If he fails to maintain basic behaviour, he receives a demerit. Too many demerits and he ends up reclaimed by the Initiative.

Note there is no display of how many demerits Billy has! The rules aren't particularly onerous and it is easy enough to avoid receiving (almost) any demerit points.

Currently, Billy gets demerits from three sources:

  • If he fails to maintain his grades at a appropriate level (>75), he gets a demerit.
  • If he is caught in public sexual acts (public masturbation, public sex, combat sex), he gets a demerit.
  • Critical failures (and some failures) on Globex Jobs.

Principal Larson can erase one demerit received at school as a professional favour once a week. Apparently, demerits also expire over time (about 2 months). Demerits at Globex can be erased by Anne? (check pending)

Starting stats

Khumak's

Choose Mental as the primary stat and Social as the secondary. You can raise all of these at the Initiative so this choice only matters at the beginning of the game. But beware that raising them above 2 gets expensive fast, which is why you want Mental as the Primary if you want the Teacher's Aid job.

For the Perks: both Good Brother and Well Endowed[1] are advised (The stat boosts don't do anything that you couldn't get by going to class a few times so there's really no reason not to take both Good Brother and Well Endowed as you can't get them later.) The 3rd pick doesn't matter, but Concentration and Persuasion are good choices for the training boosts and Personality for the lunch room boost.

Primary Trait: Social. Rationale: The primary focus of the game is Billy's social interactions. Each point of social grants 2 charm per period that can be used to sway a target. The primary early use -- asking the target to gossip on your behalf -- consumes 2 charm as does asking for a few bucks. 6 charm is good starting point. Additionally, conversation gains depend on the Social attribute and +3 vs. +2 means a lot when you are trying to collect 14x80 points!

Secondary Trait: Mental. Rationale: physical interactions are primarily combat and that can be avoided trivially until you have power sets to let you win. Additionally, Mental talent controls how much experience you earn from personal training and how much Tamara earns from your tutoring.

Perks: Strongly recommended: Good Brother and 30 experience in Nerd (bonus Concentration). The third choice is less vital. I recommend well-endowed. Persuasive (bonus Persuasion), or Charming Boy (bonus Personality) are decent alternates. Well-endowed offers the largest long-term benefit.

Physical Build

For those that choose to include Physical in their builds, as of v. 0.44 only the Reflex Talent cannot be learnt by Training, as that there are no implemented characters with the Social Climber personality type. That means that it would be highly recommended to get Reflex as a perk, apparently. But instead, it would be more helpful to choose Concentration (if Mental is the secondary) or Persuasion (if Social has been chosen instead). In any case, Billy is a bit of a lame duck in this situation, so you should prioritize to upgrade the weak Trait to 2 as soon as possible. Remember that you can use both Institute and Global Influence to do so.

First stage: setting up the game

Max out Enhanced Senses immediately and get grades to 100 before the end of the month. (common goal to all builds)

  1. You get 100 school influence for free every month that your grades are at 95 or higher, that's why you want to get them there before the end of the first month.
  2. Study in your room in the college on the first day twice (better option than studying at home, as you can interact with SuLynn), Globex isn't open during the weekends so you cannot acquire Enhanced Senses level 2 until Monday at soonest. Your first goal is to fix your grades. You have 2 weeks in which to raise the grade to a minimum of 80. Since you get school influence at the end of every month, your actual goal is 96 to get the maximum award. You start off with a 70 and automatically lose (6-book smarts) level each week. Getting a level in book smarts is trivial so you need to gain 36 points over the two week period to take your 70 to 96.
  3. Secondary goals include getting at least one additional level of Enhanced Senses (to acquire Book smarts and x-ray vision). Hopefully you will get your family members to at at least 80 Favor each, and Sandra's phone number.
  4. My strategy is to earn 6 points from 2 college study periods on the weekend (day or afternoon periods). Spend the second week's Monday-Thursday periods at school being tutored. Assuming the enhanced senses are purchased the first week, this gives a [Grades|96 grade]].
  5. This leaves most of the first week and the last Friday free for classroom instruction. With luck, you may get one or two critical successes and save a self-study period.
  6. Have Stephanie or Maggie train you in the afternoon whenever they have enough favor.
  7. Pick the socialize option for lunch at school unless you really need the extra energy: free favor with random girls and doesn't cost you money.
  8. Once any girl gets to 60 favor make sure to get her phone number.
  9. Don't forget to use your X-Ray vision to gain energy from the girls. Initially you can also use it to gain willpower from any girl that you don't have the right flaws to find attractive: Maggie, Stephanie, Allie, and Ms. Larson at first. The energy gained increases for each matching flaw and with more revealing outfits. So since Stephanie has the most matching flaws she'll give you a ton of willpower/energy.
  10. Demerits for jerking off in public can end your game so if your willpower is getting down in the 20-30 range, jerk off in your room if you have no other way to raise willpower.
  11. You can start doing the neighborhood watch at this point, but if you catch the thief, just call it in. If you fight you will lose at this point, If you have the Physical Build, you can start winning way sooner (you only need Flight a and Enhanced Senses at maximum to have good odds). The thief seems to have a random strength even though they always look the same. At Natural Physical 2 you should always be able to win but against the toughest thief it'll be close sometimes. Save your energy til the end and then spam the flight attacks to finish her off when she gets to 20 health. You get $50 and a bit over 50 Global Influence for winning the fight so it's pretty good income. You can also use it to recharge your energy so you start the day full. Remember that you will oversleep which means your day starts at daytime instead of morning. So it's up to you to decide the neighborhood watch is or not worth it. The thief can be male or female, each option seems to happen half the time.

Second stage: Flying to the Moon

Get Flight, unlock Public Ops.

The reason you want Flight next is it doubles your influence gain for everything and it's way cheaper than any other power, (until Humanitas and Brillance are implemented). You also need it to reach some of the Public Ops.

  1. First you want to complete all of the immediately achievable school goals (except maybe School Part Timer, you can wait on this one until you get Mind Control) for the free influence.
  2. Get the janitor job. Logistics Division is only open during school hours and until you get flight, Maggie has to drive you so she has to be home.
  3. Tutor Freddy, Derek, and Tamara once each.
  4. Have Ms. Larson convert your school influence to a letter of recommendation to The Initiative.
  5. Now use your Charm to siphon influence from Maggie and Stephanie and work the janitor job til you have enough Global influence to get another letter of recommendation to The Initiative.
  6. Now get level 1 resistance from The Initiative which gives you another 100 Initiative Influence for free.
  7. Go buy Flight level 1-3 and use your free Initiative influence to unlock Public Ops.
  8. Unless you don't want to fight the thief that you can find in the Neighborhood watch, now is the time to detour a little bit to boost your Natural Physical to 2 at the Initiative. That is the minimum you'll need to reliably beat the thief with flight.

A quick note about NCHDL

The bad news is you lose the Monday Afternoon time slot tutoring Freddy. The first few weeks it is strongly recommended you consistently tutor him. The interactions are scripted; the first couple of weeks not much happens and no choices are offered. The third session you choose a target for him to investigate. Choose Tamara. The 4th week, you again can make a target choice and a choice of how to distract Freddy as Billy shadows Tamara. If you want Tamara in your club, I recommend picking the 'red herring' choice with respect to how to distract Freddy. Choose Derek as Freddy's target and keep Freddy after Derek from then on.

If you want to be sure that Billy will graduate the first year, invite Freddy home with you on Monday of week 3 and tell him to follow Derek. Sit with Derek at lunch as soon as Freddy talks to you about Derek at school. Starting in week 3 tutor Tamara twice a day every day except for Friday of the week you had lunch with Derek. Waiting til the end of the week will ensure you have enough tutoring sessions in to recruit Derek. If you do it earlier in the week you might not have enough yet.

Just before school is out that Friday talk to Larson about Derek and you will have done enough tutoring of Tamara by then for her to agree to let Derek be the soccer team goalie. Keep tutoring Tamara twice a day from now on until she joins the club (especially Monday). Invite Freddy home every Monday until you see an option to take a trip with Tamara instead on Monday. Now you have both of them in the club and don't have to tutor anymore, although Derek won't do missions with you unless you build favor with him first so you might want to tutor him a bit.

So you should be able to recruit Derek by no later than Friday, October 13th. Alternatively, you can use Freddy to follow Derek a couple of weeks and convince Sandra to date him. That will make using him in the missions easier, but you will form the club a bit later.

Get the Teacher's Aide job

  1. Visit the Reasoning class til you raise it to 3 if it's not there yet. (or 4 if your Mental is 2)
  2. Work the Janitor job and continue to siphon Global influence from Maggie and Stephanie til you have enough for the letter of recommendation for the Logistics Division. This gives you the goal to get a level 2 job.
  3. Scrounge up another 500 Global influence and get the Teacher's Aid job[2].
  4. Check back with the Logistics Division periodically when you have a lot of Global or Logistics influence and upgrade your jobs (or get new ones). The Teacher's Aid job will give you free Logistics influence if you mind control Crissy, the teacher that you're helping, for it. Alternatively you can sex her up instead.

Fourth Stage: Taking Control

Get the Mind Control power and upgrade Natural Social to 3.

  1. Work the Teacher's Aid job and do Public Ops til you have 200 Initiative Influence.
  2. Buy resistance level 2.
  3. Mind Control is expensive so save up enough School influence and/or Global Influence to get 2/3 letters of recommendation to Globex: you need 100 Globex influence for each Mind Control discount. It also completes the Words Are Like Bullets goal which gives a big favor boost with Ms. Larson.
  4. Buy Mind Control and upgrade it to level 3 as you get enough money and influence.
  5. While you're saving up money and global influence to upgrade Mind Control, now is a good time to spend your Initiative Influence to upgrade Natural Social to 3. That will make all of your social interactions more effective and it also boosts your charm by 1 so you'll have 6 charm which is better for gathering influence from the girls. If you don't have everyone's phone number by now, get on that...
  6. Now you can mind control the teacher during the Teacher's Aide job for extra rewards and you can start reprogramming the girls however you want.
  7. Initially I would suggest making most girls drones, then workers, then sexbots for the extra money, free control, and free corruption, you can change it later (drones get 100 control per day, workers get $80 per week instead of 40 but only 50 control per day, sexbots get 100 lust per day, $100 per week, and 1 corruption per day but no control).
  8. Making all of the girls prefer to dress slutty is also good because it reduces inhibition every day in addition to having them wear sluttier clothing[3].
  9. For Maggie and Stephanie you'll also want to suppress Family Ties unless you're going to make them nympho or obsessive, otherwise they will ONLY have sex with you if you mind control them for it (for the school girls I would initially do suppress self control if you're going to make them sexbots so you still get some free control every day).
  10. You can now have sex with everyone except Stephanie and Allie via Mind control without worrying about favor, love, or lust, they all earn extra money every week and you can take all of it with 1 charm per girl and they have max control every day so you can reprogram or have sex with them whenever you want without spending any energy on reducing willpower or building control first.
  11. When Mindcrafting a girl make sure she has some control left afterwards or it takes a long time to take effect. It's something like (100/remaining control = how many days it will take). So if you leave a girl with 1 control after reprograming her it will take 3 months for it to work unless you add more control to her afterwards. If she's a drone or has some other option that lets her gain control every day then you may not have to worry about it.
  12. If you mind control someone for sex make sure to turn on Brainwipe first or they'll remember it and get angry. If they get too angry they won't accept your phone messages anymore. You can reduce anger with Psycosism later but for now you don't want it too high.
  13. Once you've bought all the powers and spent a ton of money on Tamara later in the game you will probably want to change everyone from a Sexbot to a Personal Assistant. This can be upgraded to Chauffeur or Professional Ally and combines all of the other assistant type settings like Library, workout, joyride. This unlocks extra sex scenes for training with the girls, having Maggie or Ms. Larson drive you somewhere, etc.

Fifth Stage: Sympathy for the Devil

Get the SymPathic Link power.

  1. Sex with Stephanie and Allie both require the flaw from SymPathic Link so that one is a no brainer, get Initiative Influence to 300, buy Resistance level 3, buy SymPathic Link.
  2. Use SymPathic link to make a permanent Lust->Confidence link which will reduce inhibition every time you do anything that increases a girl's lust
  3. If you're using Suppress Self Control for your sex bots, instead of making a Lust -> Confidence link you probably want a Lust -> Trust link. This will counteract the favor drain from Suppress Self Control. They won't lose inhibition as fast but will still lose 1 per day if you made them dress slutty.
  4. You can still make temporary links for other things stacked on top of that as well like linking love to lust or something.
  5. You can now have sex with all the girls and all of them are losing inhibition and gaining corruption every day.
  6. Love Overload can make someone Obsessive and Lust Overload can make them a Nympho, this is temporary and wears off as their willpower goes up. Both of them also override family ties so you can use this to have sex with Maggie or Stephanie without the suppress family ties mind control option. They need to have low willpower for this to work in the first place so you'll want to use mind control to reduce their willpower first.
  7. Nympho and Obsessive are both easier to get with Psychotic Break but that requires Psychosism so you may want to wait til you get that before trying this. Without Insanity this is temporary and I would recommend not using Insanity to make it permanent til you're sure you like it. Some combos can be annoying. For instance if you make Maggie a Nympho her movie scene can fire off back to back whenever she's home so you can spend all day doing that any time she's home.
  8. If you haven't already done this, this is also a good time to use school influence to relax the dress code twice, unlock the PDA options, and change to unisex bathrooms. This unlocks extra scenes at school and lets you do more with the girls without going to a private room first. The extra scenes are random and only trigger when going to class, not when you visit the administration wing.

Sixth stage: The Kingdom of Fear

Get the Psychosism power

  1. The level 1 fear aura from Psychosism is basically an energy battery for you, it increases the fear of everyone you meet every day. When you need energy you can use the level 3 Feast of Fears to reduce their fear and convert it into twice as much energy so this is the aura that you should have up most of the time. Like Anger, if fear gets too high the girl won't accept your phone messages anymore.
  2. Lucid Dementia, another Psychosism level 1 power can be used to make someone have a dream which will raise their corruption while reducing their anger.
  3. Psychotic break is permanent and increases the amount of energy you get from x-ray vision for any girl that has it while also making it easier to make someone Obsessive or Nympho
  4. The insanity aura can make Obsessive or Nympho permanent. It can also make them Volatile instead (also potentially permanent). It can also randomly give someone any of those 3 states if they don't already have one, sometimes permanently, sometimes temporary. You don't want Volatile so be careful with Insanity.
  5. The only way to remove a permanent unstable state is Mind Control -> Suppress Identity but this resets everything about them including favor, love, lust, inhibition, corruption, and every other stat they have.
  6. If you want to have sex during combat with a female opponent you must get their willpower to zero and Waking Dream (Psychosism power) to make them crazed. Then you can unzip and have sex with her. Whoever "wins" the sex scene does 20 damage to the other person so you can win the fight with this if you reduced health to 20 or less first. Waking Dream is a strong willpower attack so you don't have to wait til willpower is zero before using it, you just need it low enough that it's zero after using Waking Dream.

Seventh stage: Transformation time

Get the Polymorphism power, work on the NCHDL, and unlock fetishes.

  1. Polymorphism is tied with Mind Control for most expensive power but also raises style at level 3. If you want to see all content for Nikki and Stephanie you have to take both sex change perks and both monster cock perks. If not, you can get the stat increase transformations instead. If you use the Radioactive mod you can get both levels of all the transformations (after 3 levels it starts getting really expensive).
  2. Technically you don't need either Derek or Tamara for the defense league (you can have Ms. Larson fill those 2 spots with people who don't do anything) but you miss out on a lot of scenes if you don't recruit them.
  3. There's not much point to working on the defense league til you have upgraded your stats and gotten your powers because Tamara's scenes require a lot of money and higher stats reduce the grind needed to tutor her. Also you'll end up in combat which you don't want without decent stats and combat powers.
  4. Waiting until you have all the powers opens up some extra scenes on the recruitment path (for instance MCing Maggie to masturbate after her jog and some transformation related stuff for Stephanie if you have Freddy follow Tamara). You won't get the option to recruit Tamara if you continue to follow Tamara until the point when you have to fight the weird guy that it's.
  5. The NCHDL missions have a random chance to happen when you go to class just like the random sex scenes between class.
  6. The Tamara shopping scenes have a progression to them, you can't do the last one immediately, you have to build up her lust/corruption/inhibition/etc first with the first couple of options first.
  7. The girls who have a persuade option to ask personal questions have fetishes. Don't bother at low persuasion levels, you'll almost always fail. You have to succeed at this question multiple times and raise corruption to advance to the next stage. When it's far enough along you have to use the large favor option to do it.
  8. You can recruit Derek either by having Ms. Larson let him on the soccer team or by getting him a date with Sandra. I recommend the date with Sandra option since it has sex scenes. You get that by going to Stoicism class after Freddy finds Derek hanging out at the pool.

Completing the NCHDL story-line

Step 1: Get the NCHDL up and running.

Get Derek and Tamara to agree to join or get the principal to assign proxies to act in their stead. Getting Derek takes 4-6 weeks. Getting Tamara is variable depending on Billy's natural Mental and how many school actions are dedicated to tutoring her each week. Both activities can run in parallel. I typically complete Tamara mid-November / early December and try to get the club established before year-end.


Step 2: Attend its meeting every Tuesday afternoon and run missions when offered.

There are two different sets of missions: "quick missions" that are offered more frequently and may repeat and "longer" missions that are offered about every 5 weeks and shouldn't repeat. You need to complete the 3 "longer" missions. The missions are Stolen Chemicals, Stolen Exam, and Locker Room photos investigations. The order presented is random.


Step 3: 5 weeks after completing the last of the "longer missions", you should run into Karma and Terrorstrike on the way to the club meeting.


Step 4: Run through several weeks of further game play. The next set of Tuesday afternoon events are entirely scripted. Eventually, something will happen that gives you opportunities to make choices. When you have choices, do not choose to do 'nothing' when confronting the guard with a gun. That loop is bugged and locks you into a static event every Tuesday afternoon without any obvious way to advance. If you do get stuck in the repeating Tuesday event, you can break out Friday at lunch by choosing the generic 'friends' option -- there's no indication in-game that this does something different this time, but it should.

General hints

  • The conversion ratio for converting Global Influence to any other influence type sucks so if you can buy something directly with Global Influence, it's always better to do that than to convert first. Some things require specific types of influence though.
  • Many of the interactions and powers have an effect that is a multiple of your Natural Physical, Natural Social, or Natural Mental stats so after you get all your powers you want to raise all of these as high as possible. It gets very expensive fast.
  • Raising your other stats have similar effects but you should wait to really pump those up until after you make everyone a personal assistant so you can get the extra sex scenes. Also going to class to raise them after you have all your powers and have reduced inhibition and increased corruption for the girls means you'll get lots of extra sex scenes instead of just going to class.
  • There is a chance to catch Maggie coming home drunk on Wednesday and Saturday night. If you get the scene with Sophie, you can reduce your alignment by jerking off to her. This unlocks extra scenes with both her and Maggie when your alignment gets low enough. I would suggest letting her use your bed first though which raises your alignment. The reason is that once you go down that path far enough you can have sex with her and raise her corruption and lower her inhibition. You can lower your alignment later if you want. If you catch Maggie drunk texting you can have some fun with her when she's passed out if your alignment is low and you have mind control.
  • There are some mischief actions you can take at school if you have low alignment but it's pretty limited currently (only Nikki, Sandra, and Denise). You'll see the mischief option when yo go to class if your alignment is low enough.
  • You can change your alignment up or down by getting the maintenance worker job. If you let the locker fall on the guy you lose alignment. If you stop it you gain alignment. There are other ways but that's the easiest way to do both.
  • Inhibition generally determines how much (or little) the girls wear and how often random scenes happen so you generally want this as low as possible (You can still pick the MC option for Formal or Wild clothing if you want to keep their inhibition low for RNG purposes while dressing less like a slut).
  • Corruption generally determines how wild and slutty the girl actually is rather than how she dresses, but to see them you need to have the Unisex bathrooms policy enabled. You'll find girls with 100 corruption giving free blowjobs in the bathroom, getting gangbanged, etc. They'll also have nastier scenes with you. If you want the nastier scenes with you but not the gangbang scenes, etc then you probably want to give them the Mind Control -> Wild Oats option so they only have eyes for you but can still be a sex maniac. Some scenes will not happen if you do this though.

Footnotes

  1. The well endowed perk you can start with is superior to the one you can get from Polymorphism, as that version does not give you extra options during combat sex for example.
  2. Don't convert it first, it's better to just use Global Influence directly when you can.
  3. Inhibition won't go below about 40 from this so once it's that low you will need to do something else to reduce inhibition like creating a Lust -> Confidence link with Sympathetic link (That can go all the way to 0 Inhibition).
